This is an 18 1/2 " finished length pillowcase dress.
It fits a size 2T as a dress; 3T/4T as a smocked top (mid thigh) over jeans, capris, or leggings; and up to a size 6 as a top (right below waist) to wear with jeans or shorts.
This dress and bow sell for $18.50 ~ that's right ~ buy the dress and get the bow for FREE! How delightful is that?! :-)
